365 Licence Audit

Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the 365 Licence Audit service at 365licenceaudit.co.uk (the “Service”), provided free of charge by TheLogic IT Solutions (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a free, read-only, one-shot Microsoft 365 licence health check. With the consent of your tenant’s Global Administrator, it reads licensing and usage data from your Microsoft 365 tenant and produces a report highlighting potential licensing savings. It does not modify any setting in your tenant.

2. Eligibility and your authority

You must be authorised to request an audit for the organisation you name, and the consent step must be completed by a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator who is authorised to grant the requested read-only permissions for that tenant. By proceeding you confirm you have that authority. You must not attempt to run an audit against a tenant you are not authorised to assess.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service unlawfully, or to assess a tenant without authority.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or circumvent the security or anti-abuse measures of the Service.
  • Do not use automated means to access the Service except as expressly permitted.

4. Estimates — not financial or professional advice

The savings figures, pricing, and recommendations in the report are estimates generated from published Microsoft list rates and the data read from your tenant. Actual pricing depends on your agreement with Microsoft or your reseller, your commitment terms, and other factors. The report is provided for general information only and is not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on it. We recommend confirming figures before acting.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or reliance on the report. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The Service uses the official Microsoft consent flow; we never see your Microsoft credentials.

8. Removing our access

The audit is one-shot. After your report is produced you can, and should, remove the “Flush365 Licence Optimiser” application from your tenant via the Microsoft Entra admin centre. Instructions are shown on the results page.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and the report format are owned by TheLogic IT Solutions. The report we generate for you is yours to use within your organisation.

10. Changes

We may change or withdraw the Service, or update these terms, at any time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
